Our Mold Production Process
Design & Engineering (CAD/CAE)
Every project begins with a detailed needs analysis. Mold drafts are prepared using computer-aided design (CAD) tools. When necessary, pre-production risks are analyzed using mold flow simulation.
Prototyping & Technical Approval
If necessary, prototypes are created using 3D printers. This allows for part function testing and speeds up the design approval process.
CNC Machining & EDM
Mold production is carried out in our modern CNC machining centers. Every detail of the mold is shaped to exacting standards through high-precision machining.
Assembly, Measurement & Testing
Mold components are assembled and checked for accuracy using measuring instruments. Optionally, the parts can be tested on-site using injection molding machines to enable preliminary mass production.
