Our injection molding Process
Material Selection & Installation
We determine the most suitable granules (PP, ABS, PC, TPE, etc.) for your project and optimize the installation parameters according to material data and part geometry.
Injection & Holding
The melted plastic is filled into the mold with injection pressure of up to 1800 bar. The holding pressure and time are adjusted to minimize internal stress.
Cooling & Extraction
Thanks to specially designed cooling channels, we shorten cycle times by up to 15%. When the part solidifies, it is removed from the mold with an automatic robotic arm.
Finishing & Control
Parts can be deburred, ultrasonic welded, pad printed or assembled. Each lot passes CMM measurement control, PPAP file is prepared.

Yes. You can have it printed with your own mold, or get an offer for a new mold if you wish.
