Injection-moulded TPE sealing gaskets provide flexible, repeatable and project-specific solutions for reducing the passage of water, dust and moisture.
A TPE gasket closes the gap between surfaces through elastic deformation. Reliable sealing depends not only on gasket dimensions but also compression ratio, Shore hardness, surface condition, temperature and chemical exposure.

From project to serial production

What is TPE sealing gasket?
TPE gaskets are types of gaskets produced from thermoplastic material with elastomer properties and used for sealing purposes.
In what temperature range can it be used?
It can generally be used safely between -40°C and +120°C. Different temperature ranges are also possible with special formulations.
Will it lose its shape under long-term pressure?
No. Thanks to its low compression set, it maintains its shape and sealing performance even under long-term pressure.
Is it suitable for food contact applications?
Upon request, FDA and KTW approved versions compatible with food and drinking water can be produced.
What is the advantage over metal or rubber seals?
TPE gaskets are lighter than metal gaskets, more flexible than rubber gaskets and provide ease of production and installation.
